(Sort of like Pineapple Upside Down Cake, but different). I made the pineapple sorbet a few weeks ago, but I accidentally made a movie rather than a photo. And the image was sideways and I can't rotate movies, so I didn't include it. But, why not show you. I really recommend everyone try it. It was so satisfying and I felt like a real professional when I created the shell. Our ice cream freezer didn't freeze it hard enough, so it oozed over the sides, but it was good.
