A note from our administrative sponsor

Hi Sisters -

I'm establishing a new category system, so that we can find old entries more easily and quickly. This seems a little more important now that one of us is out of step with the others (for unblameable reasons, no judgement is intended on my part) so that at a quick glance one might be able to pull all entries about a specific menu together to compare and contrast.

Thus, henceforward, would you label your post with the Menu number (i.e., "Menu #") (or numbers if you refer to more than one menu). And also (because maybe this will become relevant later) the main foodstuff you are writing about. It doesn't have to be exhaustive, just what is the important part of your entry. Also, feel free to add categories as necessary -- for instance, perhaps we need a "veal substitutions" category for the entries about veal vs. beef, pork and chicken.

For example, the Bride's latest entry might be labeled "Menu 11, Sole [or fish?], Choux pastry, Near Death Experience" (for the Geezer and Son, that is).

I will go back and over time amend the past entries so they aren't left out. I welcome any help on that task offered by sisters with a little time on their hands.
