The Bride's Swan Pastries were not a complete success. They look more like little Loch Ness Monsters. But it was fun making them and, with the correct pastry tips, they'd probably look pretty good by the third attempt.
Who invented the recipe for choux pastry? What a weird (though satisfying) recipe.
