A cloud of bleu fire
On mushrooms and crème fraîche.
Flaming Calvados!
Menu #2, a limerick
An amateur chef tried to light
A spoonful of brandy last night.
A cloud of bleu flame
then enveloped the same,
And the chef shrieked in alarm at the sight.
