I was so distracted by flame, hot sugar, accidents and task that I forgot to take photos of the food. But here is the contented family after the feast. The Niece is still howling in laughter. Actually, I believe they are all laughing at me, not with me.

Though, come to think of it, you were shrieking (rather than laughing) at the 3’ flaming custard moment.
So perhaps there I was laughing at you, but so was everyone else. Except for Tom, who was standing behind you managing to look both efficient and alarmed at the same time.
